Whitmore Lake, June 28, 2016- EDSS is excited to announce that T-Mobile has been recognized as an award winner for the 2016 Interior Lighting Campaign, part of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Better Buildings Program. T-Mobile is receiving the award for “Highest Absolute Annual Savings for Troffer Lighting Retrofits” for medium-sized projects. By retrofitting troffers with flat panel LEDs in a customer care center, T-Mobile reduced the facility’s energy consumption by over 50% and 65,480 kWh annually, equivalent to seven homes' electricity use for one year, while simultaneously improving the aesthetics and comfort of the space and reducing maintenance costs. EDSS was honored to assist T-Mobile in their efforts towards sustainability and efficiency in their business operations. ILC award winners were recognized yesterday, at the Building Owners and Managers Association International conference in Washington, D.C.

The launch of EDSS’s China branch represents the culmination of the company’s year-long efforts to expand their market reach internationally and increase exports to China.
